Paradise Salon Cancellation & Refund Policy
I value your time and mine. Each appointment is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for all clients and for the stylist’s schedule, please review the following policy:
🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling only.
🕒 Strict Policy Notice
• No cancellations allowed. All appointments must be rescheduled, not canceled.
• Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will automatically incur a 50% service fee.
• Repeated violations may result in denial of future bookings.
•No shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
💳 Deposits
• Services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
• All deposits are non
refundable, regardless of cancellation notice.

Your happiness with your hair means everything to me! I always do my best to make sure you love your look before you leave.
Because services are time and product based, refunds aren’t available once you leave the salon but if something doesn’t feel right, please get in touch within 24 hours , and I’ll gladly see what adjustments can be made.
